E-Book Systems is committed to protecting your privacy. Generally,
you can surf through many portions of our web sites without
giving us any personally identifiable information (such as name,
address, phone number, or e-mail address) about yourself. Sometimes
we do need personally identifiable information to provide services
that you request, and this privacy policy explains data collection

Why we collect personally identifiable information
E-Book Systems collects and uses your personally identifiable
information to give you better customer service and to provide
you with convenient access to our products and services. We
also use your personally identifiable information to keep you
up to date on the latest product announcements, software updates,
special offers, and other information we think you’d like
to hear about. We may also use your personally identifiable
information to contact you to participate in a market research
survey, so that we can gauge customer satisfaction and develop

Out of respect for your privacy, we give you the option to
not receive these types of communications. If you do not wish
to receive our promotional material you may opt-out of receiving

online survey. In addition, when you register a new E-Book Systems
product, purchase a product from our website, register as a

When you view a FlipBook on our sites, our server collects
anonymous viewing information. Anonymous viewing information
is data regarding the time spent viewing specific pages in the
FlipBook, the order in which pages are viewed, the time of day
pages are accessed, and IP addresses. Anonymous viewing information
does not include any personally identifiable information. We
collect this anonymous viewing information in order to understand
customer usage and measure the performance of our services.
We may disclose this anonymous viewing information in the form
of aggregated statistics to third parties for a variety of purposes.
For example, we may disclose how long the average viewer spends
on a certain page for marketing purposes.
E-Book Systems as an Application Service Provider
In certain instances, E-Book Systems may provide its technology
for collecting anonymous viewing information to third parties’
websites. The information E-Book Systems processes on such third
parties’ websites belongs to those third parties, and
is governed by their privacy policies. In certain instances,
E-Book Systems may obtain rights from those third parties to
use the information collected on an aggregated basis only for

E-Book Systems does not knowingly solicit personal information
from children under the age of thirteen or send them requests
for personal information. By visiting our site, you represent
and warrant that you are not under the age of thirteen. If E-Book
Systems becomes aware it has received information from a child
under the age of thirteen, we will delete all personally identifiable
information concerning that child from our records. Such information
